Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event online AGEWORKS experiences circumstances which render the courses or post-examinations unavailable or inaccessible to the student/participant for over a 72-hour period, the student/participant is eligible to choose from one of the following:

• An extension of the date to submit the post examination, equal to the time during which the course was inaccessible. (If a deadline is set).
• A replacement course test at no additional cost.
• A refund, if a written request is emailed or faxed to USC AGEWORKS™.

Important*: After purchasing the Continuing Education contact hours' test there will be no refund for failing to complete or receiving a non-passing grade on a test.
